Mike and Corine Johnson’s son Caleb was an inspiration to both of them and many others who he came into contact with during his brief time with us. Each year in his memory they walk along with family and friends in the Summer Stroll for Epilepsy to raise money and awareness about epilepsy to benefit others living with this challenging disease. They would love it if you could join their stroll team and support this cause or donate a few dollars in support of the team. Please consider whether you would like to be a part of this endeavor through you presence or resources.

The Summer Stroll for Epilepsy™ promises to be an inspirational morning that allows the spread of epilepsy awareness in the community and the raising of vital funds needed to provide the necessary programs and services offered by the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan. As the largest fundraiser of the year, this walk provides funding for everything the Foundation offers, from our Here for You Helpline to our Learn and Share Conference Calls to Camp Discovery to our school and workplace seizure recognition and first aid training. In addition, the Summer Stroll is a wonderful way to raise epilepsy awareness in your community! 1 in 26 people will be diagnosed with epilepsy over the course of their lifetime, and it is the goal of the Foundation to be there for everyone affected by epilepsy in the state of Michigan. Join us at the Stroll, RAIN OR SHINE!
